Dishes are salted and seasoned in moderation, for lovers of non-salty food. The serving of the dishes was unusual and slightly inconvenient. The salad was served in a plate with a small indentation in the center and large edges. It looked interesting, like an open shell, but not very convenient to use. If the food indentation was off-center, it would be ideal. The hot dish was served in a large plate with high edges like a frying pan, because of this, you can’t put a fork and knife on the edges, the knife always strives to be in the middle. And so everything is fine.
