Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw

One month today and I’ll be sitting here at @hotelbristolwarsaw looking out of one of these beautiful windows. Looking forward to my return visit. My Mama just told me a funny story about her visit there in the 1960’s. Nice to know I’ll be retracing her footsteps. Incidentally, Fine Dining Week Poland has just started. Plenty of high-end places to explore in Warsaw (and across other cities in Poland). I’m just writing a piece now.
