Our room was a lovely oasis of calm. After we checked in, Tatiana personally walked us to our room, gave us suggestions where we could find a bite to eat, and offered site-seeing recommendations. A nice, personal touch. We then went in search of coffee and donuts, and had a picnic in our room.
