Amazing hotel
Recently visited Warsaw and choose this gorgeous hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly on arrival, couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms are gorgeous and the complimentary chocolates were devine.
The hotel is perfectly located in a lovely part of town very near the old town.
Bar staff at hotel very attentive and although were busy with event ensured we had everything we needed.
Staff assisted in getting our aircraft boarding passes and transport back to airport. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Warsaw and I would definitely book to stay again.

Great Location
The location of this hotel couldn’t be better. It is situated in the pretty ‘New’ Town just behind New Town Square, around a 5-10 minute stroll down Freta Street from the Barbican walls. It is less frenetic than the Old Town itself but with all the charm and plenty of good local restaurants only moments from the door. The walk into the Old Town is easy.

The hotel itself was in a lovely building, beautifully renovated (and decorated for Christmas). We had two rooms. Both were enormous with equally large bathrooms. Good amenities, warm, inviting. There was a lovely small pool downstairs in the spa but we were so busy in Warsaw we didn’t have time to use it.

The only thing I’d say is that there were one or two things in one of the rooms that needed a bit of attention (bath plug, no blinds on bathroom window) but these were relatively minor inconveniences. Otherwise it was great.

We didn’t eat at the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t included in our tariff and we ate out in the evenings. There are so many great places to eat both on Freta Street and inside the Old Town-we were spoiled for choice.

Check in and out we’re both quick and convenient (although 90 zloty for breakfast that we didn’t have had somehow been added to our bill but this was quickly sorted out). The staff were nice.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful Hotel

An absolutely beautiful hotel, tucked away in a leafy corner of Warsaw approximately 5 minutes walk from the main old town square. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the hotel was spotless. Our room was plush and welcoming with all mod cons. Food in the lobby bar was nice as was the drink selection from the bar, albeit a little more expensive than other (less fancy) places in Warsaw. Highly recommended

Magnificent and classy
My friend and I stayed in the Le Regina for a one night. Our experience was very positive and we loved every minute of it. We were warmly greeted on arrival by a friendly and polite staff. Check in was a smooth and pleasant process with no waisted time on completing forms.
The hotel itself is magnificent, classy, elegant abs very specious. Loge is fabulous with a piano and plenty seats to relax on. Rooms are amazing and bathrooms modern, clean and fully equipped to meet everyone’s needs. Food is beautiful, tasty and dishes reflect the 5 star hotel. We both had an amazing time and although on business, we will be back for a city break considering a convenient location in the centre of the Polish capital city, by the square. Highly recommended

Elegant and inviting
The place looks good from the outside but not grand. When you go through the door the warmth, the soft aroma of food, and the smiles of the people make you feel welcome and at home. The décor is elegant but not pretentious. The place is very clean, the rooms are big and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxed stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious with enough choices to please most palates. I really enjoyed my short stay in this hotel and I will definitely go back

Lovely hotel, and very friendly staff
Had a fabulous 3 night stay here where we were greeted by very helpful staff, a beautiful hotel and a stunning room with complimentary chocolates! The spa facilities were great and we enjoyed the pool and sauna (all though the pool could do with being a touch warmer). It’s in an excellent location and therefore we decided to have breakfast elsewhere although it looked awesome when we walked passed in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel on the edge of Old Town
I stayed here for 2 weeks on a trip for work. TLDR - best hotel I ever stayed at. The staff is wonderful, I have never felt so welcomed. Lovely room, lovely atmosphere, great location.

The food is very good as well, both for breakfast and dinner. Sitting in the courtyard for dinner or a drink while reading in the evening could not have been more enjoyable.

Mamaison Regina Warsaw Poland
This was a wonderful find for our first 4 days in Poland. After a long flight we had a large, very nice room that was quiet with a lovely view. A car from the hotel picked us up and the driver Rafael helped with bags, had water available for us and showed us points of interest. We made use of the spa and had a couples massage - I then returned for a facial. The hotel booked our tours and restaurants - it was a pleasure to have such Royal treatment .
We dined at their restaurant one evening - I would give it a very satisfactory rating. I would definitely return for another stay at this top rated hotel in the Old Town!

I stayed in Le Regina Warsaw to visit a friend & for my Birthday.

I do not generally write reviews but I can only recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. The building itself it wonderful classical & upmarket.

The location is perfect so close to the old town & the river.

What really makes the hotel so special are the excellent, highly professional & friendly staff. I would like to thank Paulina, David & Rafal in particular.

I had a billing error that was the fault of my bank & Paulina helped me to resolve so promptly & efficiently.

All in all so impressed by Mamaison Le Regina Warsaw & thank you so much to you all for such a pleasant trip to a wonderful city

Assolutamente all'altezza delle stelle.
Servizio puntuale e completo, personale disponibile e cordiale.

This was a good hotel but a great experience.
very clean large rooms, good facilities and a good location,
But by far the best feature of this hotel was the staff.
the young chap at the front desk called Miguel was amazing, and hospitable. If not for him it would be a 4 star review!

Month ago I have been in SPA of the hotel for a massage without having an idea how it is. And it was soooo AMAZING!!! The best ever massage experience in my life. Anna Maria is the one I got massage from. She is very professional, knows very well where to and how to touch. She seems very empathetic with sensitivity to patience sensations (being tensed or relaxed or stressed,..) which makes me surrender my whole being into the experience and relaxation, It feels like melting an ice-cream under the sun :) Being a person who works in a demanding work environment, I commited myself a gift of monthly massage from Anna Maria.

Fantastic Hotel! The staff are extremely accommodating and attentive. This hotel has a prime location and is designed very well.
We would only ever stay here in the future. The SPA has experienced and friendly staff, Anna Maria is the best masseuse I have come across in any Spa, and the manager of the Hotel Lukasz made our stay memorable, together with the F&B manager Julia who added to the amazing service.
5 stars are not enough to truly measure the stay that we had, and we will be back for sure.
