Excellent Staff & Accommodations.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The reception staff especially Zubaida and Aleksandra were very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the staff especially Cagry were ready to help and provide items not readily available. We will certainly stay at this hotel at our next visit to Vienna.

Vienna is a beautiful city and The Levante Parliament Hotel deserves 7.8.
Liked - The hotel is well located, the ambience is pleasant, the service of the reception and dining room staff was impeccable. Breakfast was varied enough and tasty. The water carafe on the table in the room was welcome as well as the water heater for tea/coffee.
Disliked - The fact that the toilet bowl overflowed excessively after any use was an unpleasant issue and far too noisy at night especially. This is not a staff issue but a building owner issue!

A good base at a good price and great service - excellent for exploring the city.
Liked - Good location close to parliament and easy walking distance from the metro and Homburg area. Staff were very helpful and smiley and made the stay very easy. A good base to explore the city.
Disliked - Roadworks close by to extend the metro meant the front of the hotel was noisy in the morning. Air con only operates in summer which meant you had to open a window and enjoy the 6am start to the roadworks! That said, the staff were brilliant in letting us change rooms to a quieter area at the back, inviting us to check the room first to be sure we were really happy, moving all the bags and leaving us a little gift to compensate.

I can highly recommend this place and will hopefully return.
Liked - I really liked the room and the amazing photographs of ballet dancers in the hallway. All very nicely arranged. The bed comfy though the mattress was a bit hard (good for the back), and one could actually open the windows (and keep the AC off). It was very quiet, so sleeping with open windows was no probs at all. The staff was tremendously helpful and very friendly, and I loved the rich breakfast (with bubbles, if one wanted!). The hotel has many more amenities, which I did not try. Very good location. After a short walk (3-4mins) you are right at the MQ.
Disliked - One of the walls to the next room was actually a locked door, so one could hear the neighbor(s). But they were super quiet, so no complaints at all.
