Great hotel! Even though the building looks old from. The outside, Marriott has done a great job inside. Rooms are modern (although on the smaller side) clean and well done The hotel isn’t near any tourists y places however the subway is 30 second walk from the hotel and is well Connected to all the places ( more convenient that Uber) the subways are safe and clean The hotel staff is absolutely fantastic . Martin and Mustafa went out of their way to ensure me and my family (3 rooms) have a comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. Breakfast is really delicious and good. Really good spread. All in all we had a wonderful time. Navendu Vyas & family

Liked - The room was clean and chic with a big and comfy bed. The toileteries and towels were changed every day, nice staff.
The hotel is quite far from the city square but the distance to the metro station is a 3 min walk.
Disliked - I tried to figure out the tv cast without any results. It was really dissapointing because the tv was very large and it would had been nice to enjoy some netflix after a long day of visiting the capital.

Great Experience, great Hotel and fancy decor.
Liked - Renaissance Hotel in Vienna was exceptional. The staff was very professional and kind. We were welcomed by very polite gentelman Ahmed and he was kind enough to situate us in a room with a city view with great funrniture and decor! The Sauna and relaxing area is great, plus the view on the top also contributes to the experience! Location is also great! Would love to stay again in Renaissance Hotel!

Nice hotel but lacking in hygiene.
We stayed at the hotel for 4 days in march. We liked the hotel and the rooms. Breakfast was below average (often dishes were cold, not restocked, coffee tasted bad). The location was average, close to the subway but a bit away from the center. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. What was the biggest downfall for us, was the cleanliness of the rooms. We discovered an old nail file left by a previous guest under our night-table. There also was a lot of dust in the room.
