Radisson Blu Park Royal Palace Vienna

Very easy access to city center by public transport. All staff professional but girls could lighten up a bit !

Came in for a 3d business trip. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Good Wifi. great breakfast and bar for evening meetings/meals. The hotel area is good and quiet, though not in the center.

Nice hotel but difficult to find. Not much in the immediate area so will need to get a taxi or train to main areas of Vienna. Nice restaurant downstairs but not cheap. Room was a decent size

I stayed there for only one night and everything was satisfying with my accomodation there as i had no problems with anything. I arrived there too early in the morning and the staff was really helpful, cheerful and was using perfect English. They kept my luggages until the check in time and i could get everything i need from the reception like ticket for transportation, a city map and some suggestions to start my tour in the city. It is a little long way from the underground but if you use Hietzing station and number 10 tram from there, then you walk less to the hotel. The room was perfect with all the things you need. Really very comfortable and spacious... Very safe for people who are travelling alone... So it is highly recommended!!!

It‘s not bad, but with areas to improve. Overall it’s still a good option to stay.
Liked - It’s located well, the staff at the reception and the bar was really nice, the garage is definitely an advantage
Disliked - The food is not really good…price and value doesn’t match and that’s not only my personal opinion.
Personally I don’t like carpet floors in the hotel rooms.

Short stay in Vienna.
Liked - The hotel which has its best day behind it. Some furniture need to be renovated. Located near big park. Please good for short stay. Room clean, quiet and spacious.
Very good breakfast and excellent coffee.

Will stay here again!
Liked - rooms were spacious, very clean, very nicely furnished. pillows were soft, blankets great material not too heavy not too soft
Disliked - the morning I left, lights in the bathroom didn’t work which was annoying

Great long weekend stay
We struggled to find any fault at all , great friendly helpful staff,superb location with tram stop into city right outside , spotlessly clean, very modern and comfortable, would stay here again without hesitation as we plan to return to a wonderful city.
