Smarthotel Tromsø

Small but very clean and comfortable rooms in a modern furnished hotel. For Norwegian standards it’s cheap. Location is amazing - u just have to go through 2 short alleys to reach the Center of Tromsø.

First of all - for a budget hotel it's not bad, it's  OK. I've seen better and worse, so it's somewhere in the middle. A couple of things to improve:
- on the reception advise that the extra warm blanket is under the bed during check in, as it's invisible that there is something under the bed due to the size of the room.
- inform that the door takes 1 minute to close the lock, so guests don't break the door trying to lock it, and don't stress to much about it.
- it would be very nice to have space for the luggage.
- window should open completely
Now good things:
- bed is good
- shower and WC is nice
Overall it's acceptable considering that Tromso is super touristy.

The room honestly resembled a prison cell, the duvet didn't even cover the bed. The location was good, the airport bus stop is only 2 minutes walk away as is a good-sized supermarket. There are better hotels in Tromso, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Had a good shower.

The rooms seems to be clean but there is nothing other than soap and towels in the room( not even glasses if you need water for example). We asked for cleaning the room and when we came back, nothing was cleaned( no bed sheet and not towels) just one small new towel were left for us. Breakfast is not included and you should pay 145 for it. It is quit a decent buffet.
