Meliá Sevilla

Very nice hotel. Most staff speak a decent amount of English to help people like myself who are not fluent in Spanish. Rooms were clean, everything communicated well, and everything from the lobby to breakfast was amazing. Close to almost attractions we wanted to see. I recommend upgrading to their level type of reservation as the exclusive area to go eat snacks, have free drinks, and unwind at almost every time really made this trip.

Very nice and clean hotel and very well located to main squares. Breakfast was excellent and staff really kind. Satisfied by the staff that helped to ship my forgotten documents in the room after my departure.

My room was quite small, and very cold despite the air conditioning being on the highest setting. The public areas like the corridors felt unfinished, like they were still being built. Overall the finish is not to the same standard as other Melia hotels I have stayed in - however, it is also much cheaper so I suppose it's fair. The reception area is very nice. I probably wouldn't stay again though due to the room size and temperature.

Overall location is convenient and ground floor bar food is quite taste. Room is not that clean but the shower gels etc. products are good. One thing to say: the floor in the room is damaged and it cut my feet which is bleeding but the hotel didn’t even have woundplast which is disappointed with the action they took.
