AC Hotel by Marriott Ciudad de Sevilla

Room size is good, however, the interior is old and damaged. The curtain has a lot of small holes. Further more, the bed has a sound. Also, bathroom should open both ways, but from one of the sides, it hit the room's door. On the other hand,  the bed is comfortable and AC is cold.

Stayed here for four nights with my son. Good hotel with great and very helpful staff. Rooftop pool was cold and great for cooling off in the heat.

If you are from the States, this AC Hotel/ Marriot is not as nice as the ones you will come across in the US. I would recommend staying at Eurostar or other hotels while visiting Spain. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. My only complaint is the bathroom. There was rust around the knobs in the tub, and some mold on the walls. It is far from city center. If you're coming to Seville as a tourist I would recommend staying a little closer into the city. Although Plaza de Espana is a 10min walk.

AC Marriott Seville City is located in the residential area just outside city centre and it is about a 30 minute walk into the town centre and about a 15 minute drive from Seville airport, SVQ. The hotel is essentially split into two parts, the old main building and the newer conference building which also has accommodation. The older part is traditional Spanish turn of the century architecture and very stylish and the pool is located on the roof of the old building overlooking the entrance and front gardens. There is a small gym on the top floor with a treadmill, a bike and a cross trainer with some weights. The is a nice lobby level restaurant and lounge which is used for both dinner and breakfast. There is a lack of available parking around the hotel, but there is limited space in the hotel basement, at a steep cost. Overall a nice hotel with great staff, close to city centre and often good rates.
