CitizenM Rotterdam

Since being introduced to the citizenM hotels we honestly gave up with AirBnB we love the convenience of a keyless cashless approach and the rooms/quality,staff seem to be consistent with each stay. Located right outside the the Metro/Tram lines and the legendary Market food hall it made our stay all the more satisfactory for meals travel and shopping. The room was clean and beautifully arranged (pictures were taken after our stay) the style is the same everywhere you go with citizenM, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, spacious shower and the entire room is controlled by an iPad or your phone throught their app. They have brought in chromecast for the TV which worked with Netflix and Disney+ however YouTube did not but no issue really. I've stayed with some well known hotel brands  but I look forward to staying at a citizenM whenever I visit a big City. Keep doing what you are doing!

Hotel rooms are very modern but small. Which is okay for me. Mattresses are quite hard in my opinion. Location is excellent for a city trip. Recommend the water taxi as a fast and fun way to travel around the city.

CitizenM in Rotterdam is good! It’s the solid citizenM quality, small rooms, big beds, good food, great coffee and nice coworking spaces. Location in the old harbor is central and fun. And not as expensive as the other citizenMs—would go back.

The room control with a Tablet is pretty cool. The check-in and check-out process is easy. The service staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the walls to the other rooms are quite thin, so you can hear everything from your room neighbors next to you and above you.
