Quality Hotel Nova Domus

Not a 4 star hotel by any means. Dated and a bit grubby. The hotel reception is not very good at all. When we arrived they said that they did not have a booking for me and that was that. Eventually  I found a booking voucher in one of my emails and they gave in. But it was 11.30 am so they were happy to tell us to go away until 2pm. All of this could have been handled with some empathy, but not so. The evening staff were much more professional by far and I would recommend to leave any problems you may have until they come on. NO BAR or restaurant and that was that. The breakfast is basic to say the least. Handy spot for the Vatican city but about an hour walk to the colloseum and fountain and absolutely nothing around at night.

This hotel was lovely. Everyone was very friendly. 10/10 for cleanliness and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was good enough and set you up for the day..I had a problem with a broken shower head but this was replaced immediately. The only thing that disappointed me was that the bar wasn't open to come back too after along day walking around Rome, but we found a great wee bar at the end of our road (TB&B), so we called in there on way back to Hotel for a night cap.

Friendly staff, clean amenities and great breakfast selection. Walking distance to good eating areas and tourist spots are a short cab ride away.  Highly recommend.

This hotel has potential to be very good. Very clean,good breakfast. Sadly no restaurant or bar open and staff were very hard to come by. Maybe it's because of the present time due to Corona virus and I hope so,because location is excellent and it has the potential to be a very good hotel.
