Hotel San Marco Snc

I booked a room for 3 people, and I got put in a room for 2 people with an extra bed, just thrown into the room so we couldn't even open our closet. The room also smelled like cigarettes, which im absolutely not a fan of. The doorknob of the bathroom of a friend of mine, just straight up fell off. The breakfast was not it, just awful really. Doesnt deserve three stars.

I do not recommend this hotel, I went here with friends on a trip and our experiance was not exactly nice. We booked a room for 3 people, which was just a room for 2 with a´ extra bed so that we couldn't open our closet or acces our desk. The showerhead didnt work properly and in the room of our friend the doornkob of the bathroom fell off locking their belongings in the bathroom. Absolutely undeserved 3 stars.

The hotel is in a good location, but the tidiness in the hotel is not good.  The ventilation in the bathroom is broken — it doesn't work.  Water kettle not functional.  The kitchen and breakfast are a disaster.  The offer is the same every day, the staff is inhospitable, the food is tasteless.  With the check-in sheets for breakfast, however, they totally complicated it.  I think that regardless of the crown, this could be arranged much more functionally.
Other guests are of the same or similar opinion as me.
This hotel does not deserve 3 stars.

The hotel is located in a great location, on a small, quiet street, but very close to Stazione Termini and the centre. Food was delicious, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the staff was friendly. The rooms weren't big, but their size was more than enough. The only negative thing (if that even can be counted as negative) is that you get a breakfast list, from which you choose what you want to eat - with no limits. Sometimes the breakfasts weren't the same as in the list, but that's understandable - they can't cook everything all of the guests want.
Overall a great place almost in the heart of Roma. Recommended.
