Hotel NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento

We have just returned from staying here last week-What a lovely comfortable and elegant place to stay. Central to travelling around Rome but providing a personal and friendly stay.
The reception staff were friendly and so helpful as were the concierge staff.
The dining room staff were attentive and welcoming.
The room was gorgeous and so comfortable and cleaned to high standard daily.
The room contained everything and more than we could have thought of.
I would love to return!

I stayed at the NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento on a recent trip to Rome for my birthday weekend, and it was a great experience. My expectations were high, and the NH team didn't fail to deliver!
The location is central and very convenient for getting around the city. The staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. The concierge service is excellent - they came running (literally) whenever we needed something.
The room was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities I needed, including an espresso machine which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in Rome.

A short stay which met all our expectations. The staff could not have been more helpful - questions were answered promptly and all staff in the hotel were committed to making our stay an enjoyable and comfortable one. Stylish interior and clean room with good bedding; we got a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Recommended.

My husband and I stayed here during our first trip to Rome The room was clean and tidy. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They always went above and beyond to accommodate us and helped us with making dinner reservation. It's a great location, very close to the train station which made it easy to walk and carry our luggage to and from. Most of the main attractions such as colleseum were about 20 min walk, but Rome is very spread out and that was expected no matter where you stayed. We would definately stay here again when visiting Rome. Excellent hospitality to us foreigners who had a lot of questions.
