Fantastic hotel where we felt at home from day one.  The staff is friendly and attentive.  The cleaning of rooms and common areas is exquisite.  The buffet breakfast was adequate and complete.  Country sausage, fruit, egg, yogurt... All excellent.  A special mention for the patisserie, clearly homemade.  Located 20 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, but two blocks from several bus lines that take you to any tourist spot in the city.  They are also super pet friendly, our dog Foxy was treated with love and affection by all the staff, something that we wholeheartedly appreciate.

Payed a little over 140 euros for 2 nights/2p with breakfast included. The reception is 24h open, which is amazing considering we arrived in the night due to a flight delay. The room was clean and the heating system worked great, warmed the room in less than 10 minutes!
Breakfast is buffet style, you choose what to eat. It was varied from pastry, fruits to omelette and sausages. There was a very nice person who managed the entire breakfast area called Maria, she made sure the tables are cleaned after every guest and there is always enough food. We made some conversation, she was very friendly with everyone.
By foot (since I like to walk) it was like around 20 min from the center, but there is always public transport.

Reception is nice, cleaning lady is perfect. But room is terrible cold, 0 sound isolation, I was waken up by baby crying in next room, I could hear everything they speak. They also gave the different room from the pictures.
Bed was terrible 2 small mattresses put together l, instead of 1 large.

Camped out for 3 days due to illness at my final destination. Rain and cold made it much easier to stay put. The hotel was a fine starting point for a Roma visit, location to the Borghese gardens couldn't be better. All sites of interest are walking distance for me.
