Christmas Treat
What a beautiful hotel. In spite of the cold weather we received a very warm welcome. We arrived before the stated check in, planning to just drop our bags and head out. Our room was ready so we were able to get settled before heading out. Our room was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was well set out and the underfloor heating was a welcome bonus. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided and in the evening a lady came round to turn down the beds and she also left chocolates.

The porter who took us to our room spent time helping us get our bearings and told us where we could get the metro to get into the city. The hotel is at the end of the 23 tram route which goes up to the castle so that makes life a little easier.

We dined in the restaurant on both nights of our stay and we were treated to fantastic food and excellent service from Moustafa. He explained all of the menu options and was attentive and entertaining. It is a pity not more of the guests visited the restaurant as they missed out on a real treat. Moustafa also gave us some good advice about public transport and the best places to see during our short stay.

Breakfast was included in our room price and was the buffet style you see in many hotels. There was plenty of choice for all tastes and needs and the staff were on hand to serve coffee and tea.

Whilst waiting for our transfer to the airport we tried the coffee and cake of the day and were once again served graciously by the barman.

A real gem of a hotel - just keep it to yourself!

2 day break
Having booked this at the last minute we didn't know what expect
The hotel its self is beautiful and is situated at the end of a tram line (23) which was very handy for getting into the centre
On arrival we were shown round by the porter and the shown to our room
What i didn't expect was being asked by the porter to tip him before he left
Only having picked up our travel money at the airport i was at a bit of a loss of what to tip but the normal is 10%
The rooms are will equipped with the normal tea/coffee making facility and the over priced mini bar
Getting into the centre takes about 10 minutes by tram and about 35 minutes taking a leisurely stroll
Having asked the reception about the tram times all they said was about every half an hour but knew nothing else about it
Breakfast is normal continental and hot food (bacon eggs and sausage ) which was very nice and included
Great place for 2 nights and being only 1 and a half hours flight for Gatwick great for a short break
We used the airport transfer to the hotel which included a 4 hour tour of the old town the next day all for £14 for two people (well worth doing ) but be warned the taxis will rip you off

Wonderful hotel booked on Secret Escapes
Really good hotel. Beautiful interiors. Efficient friendly staff and top class service. Delicious breakfasts! Didn’t need more than a coffee and cake midday. Position slightly out of city centre but walkable. Beware taxis can take you on a circuitous route if you’re on a metered ride. Best ask for fee up front. There is a good spa downstairs but no swimming pool.! Ate one meal here which was delicious but much more expensive than other meals we had outside the hotel. Overall, no regrets and we loved Prague!!!

Magnificent
This a 5 star hotel. It is beautiful both exterior and interior. The service is outstanding and the staff is extremely helpful on every matter. The room are top notch.
The location is just right - secluded, but central. There is a first station tram just next to the hotel and it is a 10 minutes walk to two metro stations.
Even the small Gym is much more than your typical hotel Gym.
We stayed for 5 days and could stay there for ever.

Birthday weekend away, great hotel.
The hotel itself is very modern, with a classic feel and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Yes the hotel is a bit further out than others, but then you are within a very nice street in a boutique hotel, not in the central square in a ‘grey block style’ hotel surrounded by thousands of tourists. Uber is so cheap in Prague, so I felt it was better to be that touch further out (in our opinion). The breakfast was nice, decent enough selection, the room was spacious with mini bar, dressing gowns, shampoos etc. You get a nice feeling going here, it felt that you were staying somewhere classy without paying a fortune to do so (if that makes sense). If and when I go back to Prague we will be returning to this hotel, no question!

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast buffet including a glass of bubbly! It is a bit of a walk to the main tourist areas (about 30-40 mins) but the number 23 tram stops right outside - just check running times. If not, the 22 leaves from just down the street and is more regular. The advantages of being in a quieter area are that the local restaurants and shops are cheaper, it’s quiet in the evenings and at night, and the walk into the old city is a pleasant one. The room was clean and included a ‘turn down’ service, and the bathroom was a lovely haven after all the walking. If I came to Prague again, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.

Luxurious Hotel for Great Price
We adored this hotel. From the amazing fitness center to the luxurious rooms to the great view to the quiet neighborhood, it was hard to find fault with Le Palais Art. I suppose the biggest complaint is that it's pretty far from most of the tourist things to do (Old Town, Castle, etc). That said, we appreciated the quiet and the fact that its lack of proximity made us walk through areas of town we otherwise wouldn't have really looked at (we prefer to explore over just go to the major destinations).

We would happily stay here again!

Stylish (but rooms are a little shabby)
This is a nice stylish hotel. The back garden is amazing. However, the rooms need a little sprucing up. The rugs and lamp shades have A LOT of stains.

Be sure that you confirm confirm confirm everything! I reserved a car... the forgot to pick me up at airport. I reserved a 90 minute massage... i got a 60 minute massage. I extended the trip 1 day... they didn't keep the reservation. Get everything in writing!!!

Stunning!!
What a beautiful hotel.. and I mean beautiful with a great selection of figurines and art work to admire. That's all enhanced with the lovely comfortable and spacious rooms, with everything you need for a city break. The service, the food and the all round helpfulness of the staff is brilliant. The hotel itself is situated far enough away from the noise of the city centre but close enough to get there via tram or metro service within 10 minutes.
Would happily recommend and would certainly return

My room was quiet, very clean, good size and well appointed with yummy, crisp linens on a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and luxurious. Best of all, the staff in all areas of the hotel were SO courteous, caring, and helpful. The breakfast was ample with a wide selection of cereals, cold cuts, breads, fruits, hot dishes, coffees, etc. Staff was fully Covid vaccinated and both staff and guests wore masks so I felt Covid safe and appreciated their mindfulness in this aspect.

Very nice beer pub restaurant on next block and a pharmacy and a small grocery are just a couple blocks walk away.

One drawback, the hotel is a ways away from the Old Town sights and bridges, but very cheap tram rides are a nearby walk away

Hervorragendes Hotel.

The hotels architecture and interior was everything I was hoping for. Beautiful ceilings, a library, chandeliers.  I felt I was in Czech and not some hotel that looks the same the world over. My room had high ceilings and solid furniture. I love the fact it looked a little tired, it added to the feel of my stay. The bed was huge, the bathroom was perfect with a solid bath. The view across Prague from my bedroom window added to my stay. For 100 euros a night with a wonderful breakfast I’m not sure how anyone can complain.  Eating on the terrace or inside in the breakfast room were both a joy. The location was ideal for me but maybe too far if you aren’t a big walker. The hotel is away from the crowds which I loved and next to a residential area full of traditional buildings with some great restaurants.

Everything was good, nice design and ambiance
But there was a manager ( big tall guy( was extremely rude & grumpy and shouted at me at breakfast as I wanted to take photo outside and he said in a very rude and grumpy and shouting way that I must leave
Even if I should leave, he should inform me in normal way , not acceptable at all to shout at me!

This is actually our second visit to Le Palais Art Hotel Pragu.
The Le Palais Art Hotel is a fantastic hotel in an amazing  city.  The rooms are clean and well kept.  I highly recommend a room with a southern view if possible.  The wait staff led by Muhammad are the heart and soul of the
Le Palais Art Hotel.  The morning breakfast overlooking the city is a special treat.  The wait staff is second to none.
There's a  secure parking garage.  There are many great restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and a trolly stop just 3 minutes away.  This is a hard to beat Hotel, staff, and location!
We will be back for many future getaways!

What a wonderful hotel, stylish, clean & excellent customer service.  From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the staff take care of every query you have with a smile, from arranging taxi's, airport pickups/drop off, restaurants, orders for your room etc etc.
The room was perfect, clean & had everything needed for the stay.  The breakfast was fantastic with a huge array of choice & also the possibility to sit outside on the terrace. All the staff were super friendly & helpful & the hotel itself is beautiful in it's art deco style.  It's located in a lovely area with a short 15min walk to centre of town or an even quicker taxi ride.
Special mention to Ibrahim in the bar who was an wonderful host, he makes excellent cocktails & is delightful to talk with.
