Wonderful stay in a magical city
Our stay at the Four Seasons Prague was excellent. The hotel is beautiful with an excellent location walking distance to old town, and a beautiful walk across the Charles bridge to lesser town and then up to the castle. We thought about staying at the mandarin oriental but we are glad we stayed here because of the location.

Prague is so beautiful. It is like a fairytale with the cobblestone streets, beautiful architecture, pedestrian bridge to the castle up high in the hill framed by a flowing river with swans.

The service at the Four Seasons was exceptional. All of the staff worked as a team and they were always kind, and efficient. It was always nice to have a smiling face greeting us whenever we came in. Esther at the front desk was fantastic with her help before arriving and upon arrival. Katrena was the concierge who provided us ideas for activities, and dining options. She arranged an excellent guide, Dasha, who took us to the castle for the afternoon. Chimone was one of the doormen who gave us a warm hello every time we came back. Benjamin gave us a welcoming check-in after our long flight. Alexandra always had a smiling good morning when we came for breakfast. These were many others that also provided excellent service but we don’t remember their names.

My wife had a spa treatment that she really enjoyed. The pool looked nice but we never used it. It was small but nice.

We booked with American Express Platinum and received an awesome upgrade to a renaissance room. As it sounds, it is decorated in old world style. My wife loved it. She felt like she was in a fairy tale room. The room is up to the Four Seasons standards with an excellent bed, bathroom, toiletries, coffee service, television. Very quiet too.

Breakfast buffet was always great with lots of options. The only disappointment we had was room service. The service was excellent from Tomas, but the food itself was not good - we had the fritto misto, risotto, chicken soup, tiramisu. The bread and butter were the best part of the meal. Could be just us....

Overall, we will definitely stay here again if we visit Prague. Thank you Four Seasons for an excellent stay!

Impeccable Service
We had stayed at The Four Seasons hotel in Prague in December 2018.
The hotel is very beautiful with gorgeous holiday decorations during this time.
We were two adults and an 8 month old baby. The hotel arranged a beautiful crib for our child with really soft blankets. They also prepared a set of baby toiletries, even a traditional czech plush toy KRTEK. I thought this was very sweet.
The rooms are of course super clean and comfortable.
We ended up ordering room service for our dinner. We had their duck and sauerkraut dish, pizza and a bottle of Frankovka red wine (to keep the experience authentic Czech).
All of the above was served in a timely manner, white cloth service and all tasted delicious.
We also enjoyed their pool. It was really beautiful and extremely relaxing after our long flight.
During our stay, all of the staff was really attentive and pleasant.
I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I know we will come back again!

The BEST place to stay
The hotel is at an amazing location and beautifully decorated interiors.
Excellent and genuine service from Petra at the spa, Monique at the Front Office and Stano at the concierge.
The river cruise on the custom Riva boat is a must do !!!!! One of the best experience of my life. Captain Stepan was professional and knowledgable, in terms of classical music, history, and even astronomy. A beautifully crafted boat along with guided tour on the river with matching music. You can feel the hotel had put a lot of effort into arranging this FS experience!
The only mishap was when I was about to get on to my ride and leave, my driver was asked to leave the entrance since a high profile guest was arriving.

Best of the best!
The Four Seasons Hotel Prague is absolutely perfect. My wife and I stayed for five days during the Christmas holiday and we were more than pleased with our stay. The front desk staff were extremely polite, professional and helpful with every need and request for assistance, from check in, during our stay and beyond check out. Bar and restaurant staff were also fantastic, the food and drinks were great. And our room was always kept in perfect condition by the service staff.
The hotel is beautifully located right along the river, and within short walking distance to just about anything you want to see or do within Prague. Don't hesitate to book, spend a few extra bucks, you won't regret it!

Good location hotel
My first time in Prague and I’m glad I stayed at the Four Seasons.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating with recommendations of walks & tours. Food & cocktails were also quite enjoyable.

Our room was very clean & had a little view of the Castle.

My partner and I decided to go on the private boat tour in the afternoon along the Danube River. It was a nice experience & the Captain had lots of good conversations.

Four reasons for Four Seasons....
1) location - in the heart of the old Towne district and within walking distance of Charles Bridge.
2) bed - felt like I was sleeping in my bed at home....and I spent a lot of time picking out my bed and bedding
3) service - l love being addressed by name and this is Four Season service at its best
4) atmosphere.... beautiful lobby, lounge, bar. Outside is non-descript but inside you won't be disappointed.

Perfect location! Excellent service!
If you stay at a Four Seasons property, you can rest assured that everything will be as perfect and amazing as you're expecting to be! Indeed, this hotel is absolutely the best choice to stay in Prague. It's actually quite close to everything, and I mean everything, less than 30 minutes from the airport, and once you're there, you can walk to any point of interest in less than 20 minutes (the Old Jewish Quarter, the Astronomic Clock, Charles' Bridge, and more!). I had an amazing time at the property, it was my first time in Prague and I truly enjoyed every minute. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Even when the hotel is located right in front of one of the main streets, noise is not a problem when sleeping, so you can be sure that you will rest and sleep very well!

Great
Lovely FS perfectly placed in the best location and with a view facing the river.

Costs are quite high for Prague but there is not a comparable hotel so if you want the best, this is the only option for now as The Mandarin is not as good in either location nor build. The hotel is in perfect condition - even we were surprised how perfect everything looked. If you are paying rack rate you might feel short-changed though.

Service is on point (esp for Central Europe), and we witnessed some nice FS surprises such as different umbrellas for ladies and men, and little cable ties to tidy your phone chargers added by housekeeping each day. Also like the housekeeping uniforms which add to the old world European charm.

The spa is very luxurious as is the fitness room. We enjoyed these facilities every day and staff were excellent.

Do not go for modern rooms as they are small, dark and underwhelming - suitable only for a 1 night business trip maybe. Renaissance room or above is the only decent option at this hotel - you have been warned, you will be disappointed otherwise if you are a leisure guest.

Room service spot on which we had every day of our stay and was perfect each time.

Overall happy customers at this FS.

Great Location, Amazing Service
Starting with the location I must say Four Season is at the best spot possible compared to other high end hotels in Prague. You can walk almost anywhere within 20 minutes, Charles Bridge is less than 5 minutes and Astronomical Clock is a 10 minutes walk.

What really impressed me most about this Four Seasons was their attention to detail, especially their continuous effort to please our 5 year old son. Four Seasons hotels are always great with kids but Prague was just spectacular when it came to children. When we arrived we already had a special cake he could put the finishing touches on himself with different toppings ready on the side, great toys and amenities prepared for shower and the spa and they were kind enough to bring a different bed time story every night.

I was also really impressed with the room service menu and quality, and chose to eat inside a few nights rather than the restaurant downstairs which is also great.

So if it is quality and service you are after you will not be disappointed with this hotel.

Our room was in the classical building with a trifecta view of the Vltava, Charles Bridge, and the castle. Just wonderful.

The hotel is located a block from a tram station, literally two minutes from Charles Bridge and about an 8 minute walk to Old Town square, ideal for exploring on foot.

I'm a big fan of the 4S app and used it pretty much for all requests which the hotel handled quickly and accurately (before and during our stay). Great experience with the staff. We especially enjoyed our driver, John, who gave us a great welcome tour on the ride from the airport. Also, thanks to Captain Stefan who shared some interesting history and stories on the private river cruise. Everything we arranged with the hotel was excellent.

Cottocrudo had a good breakfast selection and convenient for having a drink in the afternoon, al fresco, on their small patio.

I can't think of a better endorsement than to say that when we return to Prague, we'll be staying here again.

Tip: Hotel's hydrotherapy pool was full-featured and was very therapeutic.
There's also a very nice Vietnamese restaurant right across the hotel.

As this was not our first stay at a Four Seasons Hotel we had some expectations but as always these were certainly met and this team went above and beyond our expectations.
We were traveling with our family dog for whom the staff proved a cushion, fresh water, dog food and two bowls for. Even scheduling an appointment at the local veterinarian was hustle free thanks to the concierge of this wonderful hotel.
It's location is perfect to discover the city and is located in a quite semi private corner.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Four seasons during my second visit to Prague. The location is right at the heart of the central Prague and offers easy walkable access to major tourist attractions, great food options and my all time favorite - the Charles Bridge! Will definitely stay here again.

Wow what an experience. Between the neighboring noise and the other experiences I’m not sure how in the world this is in the four seasons family. I have stayed at nearly 20 four seasons all over the world and this may be the worst.  While the location is superb their hotel is beyond terrible. Two night I was literally listening to the neighbors TV which they left on (yes that’s how thin the walls were).  Another night I was at the bar simply
Trying to enjoy a glass of wine and there was a group of people watching soccer on their phone for nearly 2 hours loudly. I left, came back 2 hours later thinking things may be better and they weren’t.  And I came to find that others in the restaurant had also complained yet the staff refused to say anything.  Honestly calling this  a holiday inn is being polite. DO NOT STAY HERE if u are expecting a 5 star experience. If you want a 2 star hotel as I am rating it then the four seasons Prague is for you!

The best experience hotel we have stayed in. Amazing service and hospitality. The staff were incredible especially the lady during breakfast area. The rooms are spacious and well located hotel. Concierge was very helpful in finding the best locations and spots. Facilities are all available including a hot stone spa. Only thing missing was having sports channels to showcase the premier league games.

The highest levels of service and hospitality, as expected. Without discounts, the prices are insanely high and not competitive in my opinion, compared to the nearby selection of hotel rooms. This also includes the tours, massages, etc that the hotel offers. I was lucky to have the opportunity to experience such a hotel for over a week with the help of a great offer that they had. If you have more money than you know what to do with - this is the hotel for you! You'll be pampered from A to Z in ways you couldn't think of.
