our flight was cancelled from prague so easyjet put us up in a hotel. This Hotel !!! upon arrival we walked in and thought WOW !! Check in was so easy, no issues with the vouchers we presented, everything explained clearly to us, and the staff were so amazing and polite. Also asking if we had return transport to the airport the following day and if not, they would sort it for us.
Went up to our rooms we had 538. Lovely, clean and spacious and decorated art deco style which I adore. Molton Brown complimentary toiletries, including mouthwash which I have never seen before in a hotel room. We also threw our disposable toothbrushes away as we thought we were coming home and they provided us with these also.
Went into the bar to order food, and again the service and staff were exemplary. Food was delicious, and we could have what we wanted to a limit which was then paid for by easyjet. Everything was put onto our room, and then the voucher taken off upon checking out the following morning. The gentleman serving us was lovely and friendly but very professional. Even down to serving our food with white gloves on. AMAZING.
The cocktails in there, well what can we say. Each individual cocktail is themed, and comes presented in that theme. Absolutely wonderful, and well worth even a night there to experience this.
Bed was huge and comfy, and bath was super hot, which I love.
Breakfast - we went down and was immidately greeted by two staff who took our luggage and coats so we didn't have to take them into the breakfast room with us.
Lovely choice of food including fresh salmon my hubby tells me. My only thing and bear in mind im being really picky and fussy with this was there were no beans, unless they hadn't come out at that time, which was 6.30am when breakfast was starting.
Fresh squeezed orange jucie with bits. YUM !!!
Checkout was easy and fast, and we were actually gutted to be leaving this hotel, and have decided when we return to Prague this will be the hotel to stay at in future.
Its two mins walk from Wenceslas Square which is a prime location, and tobe honest, I could go on all day about how wonderful this hotel was, but you really should try for yourself.
This hotel is in my top 3 of all hotels ive stayed at, its simply that good.
