With all awards that this hotel won we expected a bit more. The upgraded (thank you) hotel room was ok. The view was breathtaking. Breakfast buffet was good, filled with good quality products. Especially the pastries were very fresh and delicious. Unfortunately coffee was worse than the coffee at the economy class flights. Even though the service staff stayed always friendly and gave their best, they urgently need to be supervised. Service was chaotic, often wrong dishes served, and for a poached egg we had to wait more than half an hour yesterday.
