A great hotel, amazing breakfast, on the edge of the city center. The staff was very helpful, the building itself is so beautiful, by far the best hotel we've been in Portugal.

Decent hotel. Very friendly staff, nice furnishings, good breakfast spread and right in the thick of things. You can get to pretty much whatever you want in Porto from here, if you are able to walk. My only issues are the blood stains on the floor, no ice available and the front desk couldn't lend me a US power converter, since I forgot mine (totally my fault). Overall, not the best place, but the staff, location and price more than make up for it.

Breakfast was good and parking was included. However the WiFi was terrible. It was slow when on, and intermittently turned off for minutes at a time. Very hard to use for phone or laptop use. As a business hotel this is unacceptable and turned me off from my stay at an otherwise half decent hotel in a good location.

Fantastic reception staff some lovely well trousered  guys. Amazing breakfast buffet and excellent service. I stayed for 9 nights and as a former Hotel Director myself I was a little surprised not to have seen the Hotel Director during my entire stay. Would definitely recommend  the Eurostars brand.
