This is one of the best hotel. The service is excellent. The location is in the middle of Le Faubourge Honoŕé and Champs Elysées. The service is so good. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. I think it's the sefest hotel as there are some police outside the hotel

Superb Hotel, Staff, Amenities and Location!
We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The public areas and our suite were outstanding, gorgeous muted colours, all very relaxing. The staff were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. And breakfast was joyous! Also the location is amazing, close to great shopping, restaurants, sights etc... We would highly recommend this hotel and we look forward very much to returning. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Great location, very comfortable and very calm when Paris was in lockdown!
Spent a long weekend just before Christmas and when Paris was in its third or fourth weekend of street protests and riots. Chose the hotel for its location just off Rue St Honore and Place de La Concorde. Could not have been more central for the protests and in the middle of the tight police cordons. The hotel staff were very honest about the situation and did everything they could to advise us and help during the weekend. They even provided someone to wait at the police cordon and guide us back to the hotel safely during the tense situation on the Saturday. The hotel is very secure anyway with guards for the American Embassy on the corner
We had booked a superior suite that was very comfortable, with lovely furnishings and the hotel though not large has lovely decor's. The bar is small but the staff there and at reception were very friendly. We did not eat dinner at the hotel but the concierge gave some excellent advice on local restaraunts. Breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice.
Will definately return but not when Paris is in riot mode

More than comfy room with great service and in great location
While the room we booked was compact, it was tastefully furnished and well laid out. It was also a very quiet room that overlooked the courtyard which wasn’t used for al fresco dining given wintry temperatures.
Loved the complimentary fruit platter in room - it had fresh lychees and kumquats along with apples, bananas and tangerines.
Turn down service included setting cup of tea on bedside table and yummy confectionary.
You have to have the beef burgers for in room service... absolutely the best gourmet burgers ever... and when we did a second night of in room dinner, it came with complimentary cavair because it’s bar didn’t have any more two days earlier... still the bar serves the best foiegias in Paris, and it has an absolutely divine coffee liqueur... and a generous serve of nibbles to go with your order of champagne - a delightful rose sparkling you can order to go beautifully with the hotel’s buffet breakfast - try it with its generous spread of cured meats and cheeses... and it’s the first hotel buffet spread where the sausages to go with scrambled eggs is delightfully yummylicious.... and you must have the sole the restaurant serves for dinner - even its accompanying seasonal veg is equally divine... and when we requested to have restaurant dessert in the bar so that we can have its wonderful coffee liqueur again, we got complimentary sweets offered by the bar on TOP of our restaurant desserts.
The hotel ‘s location is an easy walking distance to all the high end shops - from fashion to jewellery to even Alessi, with lots of alternative breakfast and dinner options... and the Lourve, Museum D’Orsay, etc an easy walking distance away... and with the US Embassy just a stone’s throw away, the street along the hotel’s front is gantried 24/7... Super safe!
Conceirge is great. With lots of helpful advice on ensuring a safe and hassle free visit to the Strasbourg Christmas markets after the recent terrorist incident... again reflecting the great service offered by the hotel.

Front desk staff was friendly and accomodating. The room itself was well-equipped and all expected amenities were there. Was happy to see that shower gel and shampoo were in larger dispensers to reduce waste. The bed had a down mattress topper, which was very comfortable.

This is a gorgeous and wonderful hotel. They are a bit pushy about wanting to clean the room, even when I put the sign up asking them not to, but that is literally the only downside to this hotel. The breakfast is amazing, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious. It is also positioned in a perfect part of town, within walking distance of both The Eiffel Tower and The Louvre, among many other great attractions and shopping centers. I highly recommend coming here.
