Our twin room was clean and serviced daily. Complimentary water in the fridge. Only one plug socket could be used with our adaptor. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Great water pressure in the shower. Jacuzzi and sauna in the wellness centre were good. Restaurant serves great buffet style breakfast and fabulous table service dinner. Staff friendly and helpful in all areas.

A wonderful hotel in a historic building. The service was excellent. The rooms are very comfortable. The shower was great and the breakfast was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help. A little far from the old city. Recommended.

Accor member so I stay frequently at many of the chain hotels. This one has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel. The rooms require a serious refresh, as well as the public spaces. The building itself is impressive and the location is great for the old quarter. The staff is actually great, I would probably go for 2 stars if not for the staff.

After the good first impression with the foyer of the hotel, we were immediately welcomed by unhelpful reception staff. We had some issues with our taxi from the airport as most of them does not accept card so we asked for help from the staff to possibly give our driver the 25-Euro fare and then, charge our room instead. They basically told us to drive to the atm so our fare increased. We asked the guy at the reception in the evening about the wellness facilities and where we can find it and he told us that it was down and nothing else. We tried searching for it but in the end we could not find it and did not dare to ask the very helpful reception staff again. There are no coffee or tea-making facilities in the room which is unusual for a 4-star hotel. We figured we should try the very helpful reception again so we tried asking for hot water and some tea bags and we got told to call room service and when we called room service, they told us to call reception so we gave up. The room’s thermostat was not working and it made the room way too hot for it to be comfortable. We did not dare tell the reception because of our previous experiences. We just open our windows before sleeping to cool the room down a bit as the thermostat does nothing.
