I am normally a cheap hotel and hostel type of girl but I picked this hotel because they had bath tubs. And I ended up really treating myself to a great experience. The concierge is wonderful. The room was beautiful. I had a great view and there were little unexpected perks. Like a great mini bar and heated bathroom floors.

Of course the location and physical hotel are incredible, but what really stood out was the people and the service. To the point where I was practically taking notes to bring back to my team at home on how we can better serve our patients.

Everything about our experience at MO Munich was perfect. Our room was lovely and the view of Old Town was spectacular. The anniversary pastry in our room was delightful. Our breakfasts were delicious, as was dinner at the restaurant. Cocktails at the Ory Bar were perfectly crafted. The service from the concierge and the front desk was above and beyond. The thing that struck me the most, however, was how FUNCTIONAL the room was - from the charging ports in the bedside table drawers, to the bathroom drawer setup, to the really good lighting for grooming and makeup in the bathroom. I have stayed at other hotels in this category where the focus is on decor at the expense of functionality. After this experience, I will seek out a Mandarin Oriental property first at any destination.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were attentive, professional and friendly to us at all times. We had an excellent breakfast in your restaurant. We love the location, so near to everything in the old city. My only small disappointment was that our view was of the parking garage demolition project. But the room was otherwise amazing and we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room anyway. This was our second time in this hotel.  The first was in 2004, and it was also an amazing visit. We will return again for sure.
