Positives: The hotel is located close to old city which is a plus. The rooms and the overall hotel has a pleasing old-fashioned interior which is unique. The breakfast service staff is very helpful. Price is reasonable. Negatives: the neighborhood can *feel* a bit unsafe at night. The rooms need soundproof windows to block out the noise of late night parties. Our sleep was repeatedly interrupted by drunk people screaming outside. The quality of the pillows was below average. The reception staff could use more training in customer service. For example, at checkout the staff didn't ask us how our stay was.

Stayed here a week ago. Lovely hotel, great front desk.  Some minor of the room
- the room has no space to put big luggage. Not even the floor area. Mostly occupied by 1 x2 seater & 2 X armchairs.  Ended up pushing them to one side to creat room.
- bathroom. No hook to hand towel. Not even shower cubicle zone. Ended up hanging it on the top edge of the cubicle door.
- amenity - no kettle in the room, had to call housekeeping to get one.  Strange as some tea bags provided.
However - love angled bath tub to save water consumption. And yes heated flooring in the bathroom. Real comfort.

I forgot my charger inside the room. Believe it or not, the hotel found it and sent it back to me in Iceland (for a fair amount of shipping cost). The sender, Julia Schaller, even sent me personal letter with the package. This is what you call service! Besides, the bed was perfectly comfortable, my dad slept over 10 hours like a child. Good location as well, the only negative was internet speed, which could be improved, I only got 3 Mbit/sec and sometimes it went out.

At first I was very disappointed, first I chose it because it said it had airport shuttle, but it ment that they could call a limo service for you that you'd have to pay extra. There seemed to be some confusion with my reservation and they gave me a very small single room. When I went to complain at the desk they very kindly gave me an "upgrade" to a double "deluxe" room. I didn't notice the deluxe part, but at least the room was a decent size. Nice ammenities, but the scale in the bathroom didn't work. I would have liked to try the Vinotheke restaurant, because it smelled really good, but I only stayed one night and had a previous engagement. The personel were very nice.
