Radisson Royal Hotel, Moscow

No breakfast in the room, even for small kids
We stayed in the suite in the Radisson Royal Moscow, with two jet-lagged kids and were rejected to have our paid breakfast to be delivered in the room. You either have to show up for breakfast in the restaurant or pay additional full price for breakfast, even if you have 4 year old kid, to be delivered in your room. This is inhuman, I think, and definitely not the level Radisson Royal claim to belong too. This is a nice historic hotel, but with no regard to clients’ needs and very untransparent policies. Should we know breakfast have to be paid twice to be ordered in the room, we wouldnt stay. Definitely no go for any distance travelers

I stayed two weeknights at the Radisson Royal Hotel Moscow, receiving a Platinum upgrade to a business suite on the fifth floor.

To put it mildly, opulence, luxury, and service on are tasteful display at the hotel. I was so impressed with my personalised arrival experience that I knew I would be in for a treat when I entered to my room. The staff exude the old world charm that is all but lost in Western Europe but still is quite alive in Eastern Europe.

My room was a two-room suite with a large bathroom, a large sleeping room, and a very comfortable and cozy sitting room with five overstuffed seats around a low table. All of the appointments were of the highest quality--moulding, window treatments, carpet--all very well done. The bed certainly was no disappointment and ranks among the most comfortable I've enjoyed.

I took advantage of many of the hotel's services--transport, fitness, spa, and concierge. Transport smartly was arranged with a luxury E-class Mercedes from Vnukovo to the hotel and a return trip to Domodedovo. The large fitness centre has the latest equipment to keep up with anyone's fitness regime. It certainly met my meagre needs! The spa services offered me a chance to unwind and really to enjoy a break from the day's activities. Finally, the knowledgeable concierge expertly helped me to plan my touristic days in Moscow--which is truly an amazing city--so that I was able to see every one of the attractions I intended to see.

Another comment worthy of sharing and understanding is regarding location. The hotel overlooks the Moscow River and affords a beautiful view of the district. The nearest metro at Kievskaya is about a ten-minute walk through a park. The metro stop is just below a massive shopping centre. Great location!

I am looking forward to my return trip to Moscow where I am 100% certain of another stay at this hotel

Excellent location in downtown.lots of restaurants around the hotel.the breakfast is ok but the variety is limited.rooms are small but clean.the variety of food is limited too.limited variety of English channels

A nice stay in Moscow
A very big hotel, and very crowded , with a good location , and good service.

Room was comfortable, clean, and with a nice view.

The hotel has a large and well maintained gym, and the largest indoor swimming pool i have seen in any hotel i have been to.

Lots of restaurants around and inside the hotel.

Not my best choice in Moscow, but for the price it is a good choice.

Excellent hotel!!
This is a first class hotel and has renewed my faith in the Radisson hotel group. We were very impressed with the level of service and cleanliness standards. The room was amazing! We had a great sleep in the super comfy bed

Great Service
My clients typically put me at this hotel. Great location I stayed on the Executive Floor which is really nice. The employees know your name and use it. Extremely helpful. I got spoiled great views. Everyone knows where the hotel is

Top notch hotel
I stay regularly at the Radisson Royal and am never disappointed. Comfortable rooms, excellent buffet breakfast, proximity to stores and restaurants. Staff is friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone

Perfect hotel
The hotel was great with its design, staff, cleanliness and breakfast. The only issue may be the distance to metro, but it was eventually better for me as I learned that taxis are convenient in Moscow. Highly recommended!

Остановились с женой в отеле, так как был банкет по случаю юбилея моего друга в ресторане на 3-м этаже. Всё было замечательно, за исключением температуры воздуха в номере. Было жарковато- не работала система кондиционирования, а может я и не разобрался, спешили на банкет. А потом уже было не до этого, Спали с открытым окном. А в целом всё было здорово-сам отель, обслуживание, питание. Рекомендую для тех, кто при деньгах. Дороговато

Echtes 5 Sterne ???? Hôtel mit super spa und sehr gutem Fitness Studio. Das hotel ist vom Zimmer Preis gut aber die room Service Preise sind gesalzen. Sehr teuer. Auch die Lobby bar ist teuer. Abgesehen von den Snacks im Zimmer 20€ kleine Dose Nüsse ???? Betten und Zimmer sind im Retro still und Geschmack Sache. Aber bequem. Das Wasser in Bad lässt sich nie regulieren es schwankt von warm zu heiss dies war bei allen Zimmern in dem ich war. Circa 10 mal dort gewesen. Trotzdem ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen.

Останавливался в этом отеле на пару суток, был в Москве по работе. По приезду меня встретил очень приветливый и внимательный персонал. Номер в который меня поселили, был просторный, чистый. Удобное местоположение отеля поможет вам добраться с легкостью во все стороны города. Также мне запомнился потрясающий вид из окна. За адекватную цену хорошо отдохнул, благодарен всему персоналу за предоставленные услуги и комфорт
