BEST HOTEL EVER
The hotel on arrival was welcoming and impressive. Mike at reception is so helpful and the hotel would be at less without him. Their assistance in several matters was excellent and without fail delivered every time. We were kindly upgraded and we greatly appreciated this as we have saved for this holiday. Clean and spacious room with view over the city. House keeping was excellent and much better than other hotels this trip. Thank you to the team at Intercontinental Traversky for making our stay so fantastic

Fancy hotel. Very nice room. Lobby is not warming and welcoming though the staff are great.
I did not try the spa but it has been renovated so it should be good.
I got and internal room (view to inner backyard).
Too soft beds but Cosy

Making you feel welcome
From the moment we walked in (at 5am) to the moment we left, staff here made us feel very welcome.
Reception staff were friendly, the concierge helpful and the team running breakfast service warm, welcoming and had a good sense of humour.
Our room was comfortable and well maintained. And quiet, which was lovely.
The hotel spa was very nice too, with staff who know their trade.
After a three-week trek through Mongolia and Russia, this was the perfect place to end our holiday in luxury

Amazing Front Office Team!
I had the privilege to live in Intercontinental Moscow for 1.5 months.
I was very pleased by the service given by the Front Office Team. Team of young & well mannered professionals that are extremely attentive towards their guests. We had an event with more than 100 rooms occupied guests from all over the world. Each one of them was patient and tolerant, regardless of the huge amount of work and requests.
Special attention and appreciation for IRODA, Mikhail, Irina and Dinara from the reception and Sati, Adelya, Tanya, Anya from Guest Relations Club Lounge! They have gone above & beyond to make my stay special! All the best!

An Excellent hotel in the heart of Moscow
This is an extremely well run hotel in a great location and within walking distance of Red Square, shops and restaurants. One of their main attractions is their staff to whom nothing seemed too much trouble - from Mikhail at Front desk to the staff in the Executive Floor and in the restaurant where I was introduced to Syrniki (cottage cheese base) smoked mackerel and Baltic herring to Elena in the ground floor bar who introduced me to Usadba Perovskych Russian wine which comes as a Merlot or a Riesling both worth a taste. Concierge also arranged a tour guide for me - Ms Anastasia who gave me an excellent three hour tour of the city. Altogether a great stay experience

Very, very impressive........
Having lived in Russia for a VERY long time, it always feels a little strange to stay in a hotel but this was an extremely pleasant experience indeed.

From the very easy, friendly and quick check-in until the same at check-out, my stay was superb.

I was fortunate to the have been upgraded to a Pushkin Suite upon arrival (never a bad thing) and it was one of the best rooms I've stayed in. It was spacious (about 70m) and so well-equipped. The only thing missing was milk or cream for the Nespresso-type coffee maker.

The sleep quality was superb - thanks to my Fitbit, it showed that I had my longest uninterrupted sleep for about 6 months. Usually hotels showers lack power, but this wasn't the case here - the shower options, power and heat were superb.

The service, all through the hotel, was equally as good. The staff went the extra-mile whenever there is a request and seem to have a real 'can do' attitude instead of the usual "it's not allowed" type attitude of most of the other hotels in Moscow.

The hotel is reasonably new (I remember the awful Minsk Hotel that used to occupy this territory) so it's very modern, clean and fresh.

Credit must go to GM Martin and his team for their hard work and dedication as the results are very, very clear to everyone who's fortunate to stay there.

I usually stay at the fabulous Lotte Hotel but this is definitely a great option as it offers excellent value for money.

We had an amazing time at the Intercontinental Hotel!

The hotel is beautifully decorated. We had breakfast everyday and it was delicious! They have a great selection in their menu. The service at the restaurant, bar and concierge is outstanding. Special thanks to our concierge Aleksey for always helping us find all the information we needed to visit Moscow! He was so attentive and willing to help!
The Hotel has a very convenient location to visit main attractions.
I told the Hotel we were celebrating our anniversary and they had the beautiful gesture of leaving Champagne and chocolates in our room! Thank you Intercontinental! Keep up the great job! We’ll be back!

Having been there before I wanted to be close to the event I was attending. While it was obviously not full due to the epidemic, I must mention the quality of the service throughout. Foremost the concierge Alexei who has been helpful with tips but also was able to replace a banner sleeve which had ripped. He remembers his clients’ names and that is a gift. He’s a keeper. The reception was professional and was very helpful about alternatives to taking a taxi in moscow traffic. The wait and greeting staff at breakfast and the lobby bar were attentive. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my favorite cocktail (Negroni). The cooks were constantly checking the buffet. The quality there remains high and I do measure when staff training is reflected in every department from checking in to checkout.
