Exceptional Servce
We stayed here for three nights as part of a larger group and I have to say this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for a long time. It is located right next door to the Kremlin, Red Square and all that you need to see when visiting Moscow. The morning breakfast buffet was brilliant as far as buffet breakfasts go and the staff friendly and helpful. The bar staff in the main lobby lounge probably need a little attention because they did, at times, ignore staff and chat among themselves. Apart fro that the room was large and spacious and the bathroom fit for a king

It felt like home after a long flight
We always know what we are going to get with Four Seasons, TOP RATE BEDS, heated towel bars in the bathroom, it was 23 degrees outside, and warm floors. We did have an upgraded regular room which gave us a couch in the room which on a long flight one of us is always UP in the night. Just top rate service and oh so decorated for the holidays. Worth the cold weather going in December

Amazing
Great hotel located in the heart of the downtown. Has a fantastic view to Historical museum, Alexander's garden and the Red Square. Come here during the Christmas period and you will enjoy all the beauty of Christmas Bazaar and amazing decoration of the city.
The staff is very helpful and professional. The room is very big and newly renovated.
Will definitely be back.

Best in moscow
Really the best and only place to stay in Moscow. Located right by the red square and the shopping mall.
When we visited it was orthodox Christmas so all around the hotel it was lit up, decorated and has cute market stalls.
Hotel is also walking distance from famous sites such as the Kremlin, so really practical.
Rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped, with spacious bathrooms. Cleaning and turn down was impeccable every day.
Very big gym and pool, also brand new equipment. And there is also a very good hair salon.
We didn’t have any meals at all at the hotel so I can’t comment on that.
As for hotel staff and service they were all very polite, helpful and discreet.
Will definitely go back there next time

Wonderful
We stayed at Four Seasons Hotel end of December 2018 and we celebrated New Year’s Eve at Silk Lounge : it was wonderful ! Splendid view on Red Square, nice buffet and life entertainment !We appreciated main dish to be served at table at required time. The italian restaurant at the hotel serves very good food at reasonable price with a beautiful view. The staff was very nice and especially the concierge Alexander who was very patient, attentive and very effective He recommended places to visit, gave us clear explanations to find our way, made reservations…We want to thank him once more for his help and his large contribution to our unforgettable experience The hotel benifits from a prime location : close to the Red Square, to the Bolshoï theater...the place to be to admire christmas decoration, musical entertainment and shows.Don't miss Nutcracker ballet at Bolshoï theater

No better location (and service) in Moscow
I guess you can’t ask for a better position in Moscow.
Service and staff are outstanding.
Room service good and pricey, but it’s ok given where you are.
Our room was a suite overlooking the Kremlin and was impressive.
Highly recommended for a romantic getaway in Moscow.

Комфортный номер с ванной и душевой кабиной. Чай, кофе и вода в номере. Имеется сейф, холодильник, утюг. Чистота в отеле и номере. Вкуснейшие завтраки! СУПЕР!!!

I stay at different Four Seasons properties a lot: from North America, to Europe, to Asia, dozen times/each year. It’s my third solo visit to the Moscow property, and sixth overall. Four Seasons Moscow doesn’t just hold the FS bar. This property is on the next level. Amazing rooms. UNBELIEVABLE SPA. Best staff in the city.

I come to Moscow several times per year and this review is long overdue - so here it is, typed up in the Silk lounge on the first floor as I’m enjoying amazing cocktails and food: if you’re looking for a place to stay in Moscow and can afford Four Seasons - don’t look further. Seriously. This place is worth every penny.

P.S. If you like deep tissue/sports massages - ask for Mariya at the SPA. Don’t let her petite size fool you - her hands feel like they belong on a 10-foot cave man ????

For years since high school I dreamed to be in the Red Square for my birthday,so the only option for me was Four Seasson Moscow, I will not risk my health and their location is a plus ! ( even they have for us a welcome bag in the room with masks and antibacterial)
They were amazing , everyone know their location in the corner of the Red Square, BUT,the people and service were outstanding !
From our room we can see the square and it was really amazing !!!
It was one of my best birthday ever !!! The front desk even send me a beautiful gift and a beautiful and tasty cake , I had even balloons ????! I felt like a teenager with the surprise !!!!
We don’t risk our vacations and safety we knew that before but being there with the pandemic is another story and we made the right decision, we loved in FS Moscow!

Description

Location
Steps from the Kremlin and Red Square in Moscow's historic heart, Old World glamour gets a contemporary spin at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow. Discover a bold reimagining of the legendary 1930s-era Hotel Moskva at our modern replica that puts destination dining and decadent spa treatments in the spotlight.
In Moscow's historic heart, our hotel is just steps the city's iconic landmarks including Red Square, the Kremlin and St. Basil's Cathedral. The Bolshoi Theatre and GUM shopping complex are within a 5-minute walk.

Rooms
The world’s best hotel view? Step inside a Kremlin-facing suite at the Four Seasons Moscow for a synapse-searing contender that must surely rank in the top 10. Floor-to-ceiling windows reveal cinematic views of neighbouring St Basil’s, Red Square and the mighty Kremlin walls. A revolutionary backdrop that makes these suites the ultimate in post-clubbing party pads. Or simply spend an evening curled up on one of the sofas to marvel at a view that lends a wonderful sense of place.

Inside, a palette of gold, navy, plum and beige (yawn) provide the backdrop to generously-sized rooms and suites. In-room styling errs on the side of safe and inoffensive with steel, glass and dark wood furnishings that wouldn’t look out of place in John Lewis. Bathrooms feature underfloor heating, over-sized bathrobes and Roberto Cavalli toiletries.

The standard 'Premier’ rooms overlook the State Duma; those in the Deluxe category offer a birdseye view of the hotel’s inner courtyard and pool.
