3.5 stars really. Rooms were spacious and clean. We had a nice view onto the port and busy street. Really like the fact the bathroom had a shower and a bath. There were 2 sinks as well and the toilet itself was in a separate room in the bathroom. You don't hear too much noise from the busy street so seems well isolated from that but you could hear people in the hotel slamming doors or in the hallway. The hallway also had a funny sewer smell every now and then. We tried the breakfast one morning and i would not recommend it. Very limited and overpriced. Better to eat outside. I came back from lunch one time and my room was being cleaned. And as I was working remotely, I waited in the hallway for it to finish. At some point the cleaner came out and saw me but did not say she was finished and went to clean another room. The rooms are a bit overpriced but i guess you pay for the location, which is great. Room also had terrible lighting. No main big light. No proper desk to work from so used the bed.

We love it here. The staff is what sells this property but the cute unique qualities about the property are also very delightful as well. Highly recommend.

Cute and quaint hotel, however a few drawbacks:
- Rooms we’re extremely hot (despite heating being turned off).
- Bathroom amenities could definitely be improved given the 4* rating.
- Very expensive given what is provided.

Difficult stay! First the good: Most of the staff is very nice. The decor is great. The AC is cold and the rooms are well tempered, even in the Marseille heat. Now the bad: The hotel is new but feels very used – nothing is really working, shower doors, doors in general, lots of things need fixing. There’s no pull-in for cars or even taxis to unload any luggage. The location… You couldn’t be more central but the price of that is that you’ll never sleep here – the noise of parties and craziness unfolding outside until the morning is insane! Then in the morning you hear doors slamming and neighbors walking around. There’s an odd smell in the hallways. The breakfast is insanely overpriced!
