Last minute couples stay to boost the Hilton Honors points, and enjoy some together time. booked for a Friday night on a Dinner Bed and breakfast package, staying in a King Executive Suite on the 21st floor (photos included). From Start to finish we couldn't fault the customer service extended to us. Artemis at the front desk made us feel very welcome, explained everything, also arrangements were made for a table booking for dinner. Our room was outstanding, but to a critical eye it did need minor decorative touch ups in some places, but this did not distract from the comfortable stay. We were served with a big welcome in the executive lounge for evening snacks and drinks, and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. We were lucky to enjoy a new menu launch for our evening meal package, 2 courses, and everything was served in a timely fashion, and was cooked perfectly! Breakfast service, we were greeted by the Breakfast Manager, Marina, who took her time to greet us in a friendly genuine way, as if we were staying in her own home, and explained the options and key items available. We also took time to visit the leisure centre on the 2nd floor, prior booking needed (covid restrictions). Again, greeted well by staff, we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Overall super impressed, LGBT friendly, and we look forward to the next spontaneous visit!
