This hostel is pretty good and the lowest price I could find in Malmö. It’s 30 minutes walking from the Central train station. The two managers are absolutely lovely people and this place has the essentials (two kitchens, clean bedding, a laundry room, and multiple bathrooms and showers). However, the hostel is a bit grungy and outdated. For example, my bed’s curtain had fallen off and never been replaced and some shower heads had been unscrewed from the wall making you hold them in your hand to shower. My biggest problem is that there’s no age limit on the guests they accept. I was rooming with people 3x my age who weren’t courteous to the other guests trying to sleep. I was uncomfortable being the only young adult in a room full of 50-60 year olds. This is not the place for young travelers to meet new people and socialize. However, for a few nights, the wifi is reliable, the beds are comfortable, and the managers are lovely so I could stay here again.
