Elite Plaza Hotel Malmö

We had a full day workshop and meeting there and we were very packed in the room. The room was spacious but the sound proofing wasn't too good. It was a lot of noise, from outside (the garbage truck), inside (we could hear the flushing from upstairs) and next door conference room (we could hear them talk but not make out what was being said). There was also not enough electric socket for everyone (i had to ask for a power extension). The food and fika service throughout the day was great though. Very good quality food/snacks and service.

The staff was very nice and helpful. No complaints there. Good location and good design of the place. However, the room ventilation was really poor and it made the room very warm at night. Opening the window was not really an option as our room was giving directly onto the corridor. The night manager offered us to sleep in another room but we didn't want to move as we were half asleep, so he provided us with a fan. The room cleanliness was okay at best, quite dusty, the shower head was dirty and the shower had grime in the corners. The bed was extremely bouncy. The breakfast was fine, quite classic continental breakfast.

Off the bat I just want to say that this is the most amazing hotel I have ever visited with the most amazing and caring staff there could be. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with so much kindness and joy from the reception team. Our room was stunning with a great view, clean, spacious and all the amenities. Would recommend!

Great hotel! We stayed here for 7 days to explore Malmö and its surroundings. The location is excellent and very central. Everything you need can be found nearby and you easily get around by renting a bicycle or electric scooter. The service was great, the breakfast was ok but nothing special. Rooms are cleaned every day if you wish and are quite spacious. Beds are comfy. We never had any problems with anything during our long stay here. They also have a pub with standard pub menu for food and plenty of different beers. Mini bar, bath tube, TV, hairdryer available. Also toothbrush etc available on request. Would definitely come back here.
