Tótem Madrid Hotel

My co-workers and I stayed here for about a week and really enjoyed our stay. Great location, with many nice shops and restaurants nearby, and just a 15 minute walk downtown. All of the staff was extremely helpful and attentive, with many going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The concierge/front desk team was very friendly and offered us multiple suggestions for (great!) nearby restaurants, all restaurant staff for both breakfast and dinner were very accommodating (and the food was all phenomenal), and Kurt and the team in the bar were all incredibly friendly and provided fantastic wine recommendations--even when we got a little boisterous at times! Covid precautions and protocols all in place and the hotel was very clean. Great experience overall!

Phenomenal hotel. Excellent  location with terrific shops and eateries yet quiet and tucked away from traffic. Fresh market around the corner. Outstanding food and impeccable service. Beds comfortable, high quality furniture and interior design.  Immaculate cleaning with special personalized touches.  Truly not a single complaint to be made. Outstanding.  We will be back regularly and recommend to all.

Great central location yet very quite. I enjoyed the personalized service, beautifully appointed rooms and the character in general of the property. This is a perfect luxury boutique hotel with personality that will make you feel at home.  The restaurante is a gem!

Wonderful hotel! A special thank you to all the staff who were very kind and were extremely helpful recommending what to do and visit and also suggesting the best places to eat and drink during our stay in Madrid. They really are local gurus! The hotel is just stunning,  a traditional 19th century building in Barrio de Salamanca that has recently been renovated and turned into a luxury hotel. Our room (Corner Junior Suite) was beautifully appointed, very spacious and with lots of natural light which we absolutely loved. Beds were super comfy so it was definitely hard to get up in the mornings! I must say all areas in the hotel were spotless clean which made us feel confident about the hotel’s commitment to guarantee a safe stay for their guests during the pandemic. We also found the location ideal and were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. After a long day strolling the streets of Madrid, we recommend paying a visit to the Cocktail Bar and enjoy a personalized drink, you won’t regret it! We will definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.
