Occidental Castellana Norte

I can't offer any less than 5 stars, even with one aspect which was not ok for me. The cleanliness and the confort are top. The bed is fantastic. A role model for any other hotel.
The staff si friendly and professional, the design is really on point!
The only thing which I didn't like are the bathroom doors which won't completely close. I need privacy in the bathroom and I couldn't have it with at least 5 cm between door and wall remaining open.
Otherwise, absolutely nothing to complain. Yes, it is not in the toursit area but the distance to metro station is fair. There are also a few good places around, to have breakfast.

The room is well equipped. It is a hotel with clean and comfortable facilities. Staff was friendly and smile was good.Breakfast was really good and I was very satisfied.Location was not bad either. I used mainly public transportation, but there was no inconvenience to ride a bus or subway.I will stay here if I come back next time.

Beautiful clean rooms with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on and I am 6"6'. This is really business and industrial district so if you are looking for a more touristy area, pick somewhere else. The metro is an easy 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Nice, spacious, very clean rooms, reception staff very efficient and helpful.. Food in the restaurant is just OK and the waiter was very good, but the lady working there is a right old dragon.
