Hotel Regente Madrid

Very noisy room, the window does not seal  outside noise from the street, and the door  also does not seal noise from the corridor. The breakfast is simple and buffet. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Great location and friendly and helpful staff.
But it didn't have mini fridge nor air conditioning which is advertised on their page. When asked about it, the mini bars are only in certain rooms and the AC was shut down because winter season had already started but the room was really hot.
Since we didn't have AC, we had to crack open the windows and we could hear everything from rhe street below.

Nice view, and nice an clean room.
The breakfast is big, you have a lot of different things. But the Wlan is very bad.
It was very loud in the room… you hear every car and everything from you neighbour.

Excellent hotel with clean and quiet rooms. The beds were hard but I enjoyed the convenience to Atocha station, the great breakfast buffet and the wonderful service. It was perfect for our layover stay after our flight into Spain.  Bonus points for awesome water pressure and wonderful shower.
