Hotel Catalonia Plaza Mayor

Had a great stay here. The staff are all very helpful and allowed me to drop my bag before check in so I could enjoy a nice walk in the park. The room was really perfect. Super comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely superb, the selection was amongst the best hotel buffets I've seen. I'll be back again next time I'm in Madrid because this hotel has everything I need.

We booked the imperial suite situated on the top floor. The training bike in the bathroom is a super cool touch and we felt very welcome, small touches of attention made it really a stay to remember (fruits, chocolates).. would definitely stay again!

Great hotel with excellent value for money!
The reception was friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious, modern and above all very clean. The bathroom was also particularly nice, with a large shower and a separate toilet. And we were pleasantly surprised that the room was made twice a day. In the evening there was even chocolate on the nightstand!
Moreover, the location is very good: in the center of Madrid, close to the main train station Atocha and only five minutes walk to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. We will definitely come back again!
