Hilton Madrid Airport

Stayed one night for convenience to airport. The staff were efficient and friendly for checking in/out. The bar and restaurant staff were great - even though it was quite busy, they were attentive and efficient. The room was large and well appointed. It was very quiet and I had a great sleep. The free shuttle to the airport was really a bonus! I recommend this stay!

Good hotel in the Hilton brand portfolio. Shows some signs of aging but is kept up well. Amazing sound proofing!
April 2022: executive lounge is still closed, but the sign on the door says there's an alternative benefit. Turns out to be a nice tapas plate plus two drinks at the bar.
Staff is very friendly and communicates much better in English than the average service employee.
Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but requires reservation!
One more tip: the power outlet by the bed you'd logically use to charge your phone gets turned OFF when you use the master light switch. Oops!

It's okay for a layover but far from the best Hilton I've every stayed in. After arriving at MAD airport I had to search for the shuttle bus first. Then, getting to the hotel took a bit longer than expected because we first had to pick up passengers at other terminals.
The hotel itself is fine. The room was big but I had absolutely no view. The breakfast and service on the other hand were great.

Used the hotel for an 18 hour layover.  Great experience right from the start with the shuttle bus and driver.  Reception and check in were excellent, and made our overnight stay very enjoyable.  We had a lovely corner room with a fantastic bathroom and whirlpool bath.  Breakfast was good though very Iberian (coffee the only hot drink available).  Gym and pool were closed for refurbishment.  Would definitely stay here again. One of the few hotels to recognise and celebrate our Hilton Honours Diamond status.
