W wedding weekend made perfect!
As I was getting married I needed a room large enough for myself, my bridesmaids and my mother to have hair and make-up done: the COMO Suite was perfect. A beautifully appointed room with plenty of space and, importantly, a large balcony to cool off on.
The staff were completely amazing too. Unsurprisingly, we made a lot of requests for food and drink during the preparations on the big day and all were met speedily and with a friendly service. I/we could not have felt more cared for. Absolutely lovely service from everyone. Thank you

Luxurious secret
Truly exceptional and can see why this is London’s best kept secret - location is beyond good and the fact it is very boutique and not overpopulated makes this a genuine luxury, a calm oasis that has no external noise to disturb. Staff are professional, polite and very capable and helpful, literally nothing is too much trouble, this includes the lovely housekeeping team who are polite and converse, I liked this very much, they do an amazing job and are often unsung heroes of hotels. Check in is superb, fast, personal and efficient, loved this, very quick with no fuss and disorder...you just know it’s going to be good when they know you and why you are staying, personal. I stayed in the Kings Suite....crazy amount of space and silence....stunning, cannot find a fault at all.

Breakfast....first class in terms of service (Eduart and his team), which is spot on, to choice and quality of produce...truly beautiful service that just showcases the produce, oh, and duck eggs....good grief, so delicious.

A concierge service that is a genuine concierge, ever present and helpful without fault.

This is the go to location and part of me wants to delete this review so its stays a hidden gem, but the staff deserve the accolade for a well run hotel....although I think hotel is too general a phrase to describe the whole experience that is the Halkin. Well done team and huge thank you from my wife and I for making the stay so truly wonderful.

Peace in the city
Fabulous hotel, from the moment you arrive and are welcomed, throughout your stay and as you depart everyone has a genuine warmth to them. The service is exceptionally good, the beds incredibly comfortable and the hotel is peaceful and tranquil regardless of London's hustle and bustle. Strongly recommended

Very pleasant and intimate hotel - great restaurant - super location.
Very efficient and welcoming staff, made lots of efforts to call me be my name, which made me feel very welcome. Five star service is in small details. Was not offered a welcome drink upon arrival because I was in a hurry for a meeting. When I returned later in the afternoon I was immediately asked what drink I would like to have brought to my room. Dinner at Ametsa was a wonderful experience

We had a lovely stay at the COMO The Halkin, the staff were so attentive and made our weekend extra special. We have already recommended the hotel to family and friends and would love to return again in the future. Our room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfy. We also enjoyed having a relaxing bubble bath with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day Christmas shopping!

Wonderful service from Irene. Polite, knowledgeable and great engagement with guests. The owner just so happened to be sitting on the table next to us, would never have guessed, she even held the door for me. It was only when someone pointed her out, that we realised who she was. It is a beautifully peaceful hotel and space for an unusual and seriously delicious afternoon tea. There are no scones... but there is flavour in abundance and a tea menu that does not disappoint. Highly recommend for a delightful treat.

The food was sublime. The venue went to great lengths to ensure that we were well accommodated and had a special experience. The restaurant was relatively small - making for a more intimate experience. The only fault I can possible think of is that the bar and toilet decor was dated and could do with a refresh. Well worth a visit.

Visited COMO for afternoon tea which was absolutely delicious. The staff were lovely and were keen to make sure we had a relaxing time. The afternoon tea was a different style with Spanish influences and not your typical scones and finger sandwiches deal - but the food was amazing, particularly the savoury course. Would highly recommend!

Treated by my children to afternoon tea. This was not afternoon tea. It was so much more and it was delicious. Tapas style little treats for your taste buds. The Waiter explaining each region of Spain that the food came from. Fantastic service as they made you feel you were the most important client in the hotel which had a calm wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend afternoon tea with a twist at this great hotel.
