SANA Metropolitan Hotel

The staff and breakfast buffet were highlights. A late checkout was accommodated as well which was another added perk. However, the room was very dated, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired (dried urine on the toilet seat, for example), and the room was very noisy as I had a room facing the highway. Much more of a three star experience, in my opinion (for example, bath soap was the large wall despenser of one soap is for everything instead of separate shampoo and body washes).

Room quite small and compact can’t move that freely, an antique look, TV in a bad position in the Room, bathroom looks nice but bathtub really small, I measure 1.88m, my head touches the shower in the bathtub, and I have to keep my feet together because the bathtub is funneled on the Shower side making taking a shower tricky and dangerous risk of falling is big.

Fabulous staff, meals in restaurant are very well prepared and served.  Continental breakfast is a great treat.  As tourists, we loved it and it seems it was well utilized by business and commercial clients as well.

Great hotel outside the center of Lisbon, the service is great, people are kind and the rooms are good. The beds were also a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was amazing with a good selection. All around very much worth the price although the location isn't close to the center.
