Comfortable, history-inspired experience with wellness. Overall we were very happy and enjoyed our time in the hotel. Our favourites were: The beer spa. The breakfast scrambled eggs with onion. The rooster waking us up in the morning. The friendly, quick working staff with a sense of humour. The tastefully "medieval" furnishing of the room. The "cut" beer (řezané), so skillfully tapped at the bar. There are small things that could be improved: The spa time has to be booked ahead, which is difficult to plan on a city vacation. The cleaning staff seems to miss a few spots, but overall the cleanliness was good. The spare ribs in the medieval tavern were dry and a very small portion - all other meals we had were tasty. There is an excellent coffee machine at the bar, yet the breakfast coffee comes out of a sad instant coffee thing next to it.

Nice place with great restaurant and excellent Pilsner beer. The rooms are nice and cleen. Food is always well prepared and even Vegan people can choose from the menu. If yoy like Saunas you can enjoy a nice sauna afternoon.

This was a great hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. Slight trouble with the language barrier, but they spoke English well enough that we got through it. Breakfast buffet was free. It was as good if not better than other hotels that charge extra. The restaurant was inviting and the staff there did an excellent job as well. Food was delicious and plentiful. Prices were good. GPS takes you to the back side of the hotel. There is a parking lot for hotel guests. I definitely recommend this hotel and restaurant. My only request would be a couple of extra coffee pods in the room.

Great place. Very nice and eloquent personnel. However there's several things I'd expect from a 3 star hotel and in that price range. There's no refrigerators in the rooms. There's no facilities for wheelchairs (we were travelling with a child but a hnadicaped adult would have a hard time getting around). The tables in the restaurant were sometimes not cleaned before another people used them. Next, even though the restaurant closes at 10:30 PM, there's people talking very loud outside, long long past midnight. Lastly, you can see the bathrooms have been renewed recently but the finishing works are mediocre at best.
