Holiday Inn Krakow City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Our stay at this Holiday Inn was exceptional.  I work with a disaster response organization and have spent the past two weeks there.  We have had over 70 different people stay, and the hotel staff were flexible, professional and always looking for a way to be supportive.  Managers Monika, Gregory, and Peter are amazing and set a standard that is followed by the team.  The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is just steps from.the old city.

Great place. A tiny tiny bit hear-through the walls when people slam the doors, and the view from 4 floor is bad, since all rooms around see in to you. Other than that a fabulous hotel with great staff (as always in Poland which has the topclass). I mean its not german standard thank god.

I stayed there in the deluxe twin room over Christmas and unfortunately, there was almost nothing "deluxe" about the room. It was alright, good breakfast, clean, good location, very quiet. But the best thing about it was the bar, actually the bartender Grzegorz Kruk - he has been amazing, a professional and a very friendly person! I am not sure if i would stay there again, but i would definitely pass by for a drink or two one day.

The hotel is located right in the center of town, accessible to most attractions in walking distance. The hotel itself is cosy, large rooms and bathroom, very clean and very pleasant service. The breakfast is okay and the hotel restaurant could be better with seasoning. Otherwise highly recommend.
