EA Hotel Atlantic Palace

We were very pleased by the hotel and its services. Rooms are beautiful, furnished with high quality equipment and moreover the hotel has a great location. Also there is hotel's own spa centre in the second floor and even if you don't find a swimming pool there, the variety of services they offer was pretty wide and just enough for us. At the end the most important thing - the stuff was very kind and helpful. We really appreciated our vacation in here.

Great service from the reception to the hotel restaurant, the restaurant manager brought us delicious breakfast to our room on request. Nice and clean room, private spa, pets are allowed. We will definitely come back.

We were staying at this hotel a few days ago. We were expecting a little bit more from 5 stars. First of all, don’t expect air conditioning in 5 star hotel in Karlovy Vary. We were staying there in the hottest days in Europe and it was a bit too much for us to sleep in a hot room after long drive. When we arrived our room wasn’t clean... dirty towels in bathroom, however the hotel staff were very friendly and provided us a new room. Overall, perfect location.

Not five star, by any measure. No bath in the room, no king size bed, no gym, and the room was run down - scuffs on the furniture and a leaky AC machine. A very basic breakfast. Our shower was not working the entire length of our stay and the staff didn't even try it after we told them, otherwise they would have fixed it! But, a great location with lovely views. Amazing patio in the suite. It's a 5 minute walk to lovely forest trails outside the downtown.
