Töölö Towers

The breakfast was lovely. I appreciated the many vegan options, including plant-based yogurts, milks, etc. My favorite part was the wide selections of fresh bread (they had a delicious pumpkin seed one, also rye bread, oat bread, country bread...).
The two things I think could be better are: including more kitchen supplies in the apartments (like hot pads, tea towels, and containers to store leftover food in), and improving the cleaning of the apartment & furniture.
I was impressed by all the original art in our rooms and by the convenience of this location. You are able to walk to a grocery store in just a few minutes, have easy access to public transportation and visit shops and parks.

The room is o.k. Breakfast too. People ( restaurant service) are nice as well.
The Administration department is chaos. They tried to charge me twice. The payment has been made through Bookinhg.com . Apparently they hadn' t collected the payment .I had to spend two hrs sending emails, talking to Booking. Toolo towers Administration people  are almost never there and their contact phone is off from mid evening.
The automatic answer is "come tomorrow morning". but what happens when you take an early ferry?
Spending two hours on these matters is not my type of holidays.
If you dare to come to this place make sure they got the money first.  Remember, no people around to help you.

Absolutely terrible value for money! A single room cost more than 100€ per night. That room had a bathroom without ventilation, which was entirely made out of plastic. It felt like staying in a train compartment from the 80s. The bedsheets and the floor at least were relatively clean. It was a good enough stay for 2 nights if one is travelling for work.

I had a room with kitchen which was perfectly acceptable. It was clean, I didn't hear any noises during my stay, the breakfast service was good, employees in general friendly. Only I found out on my arrival day that towels are not changed if you stay shorter than 7 days. This could have been explicitly mentioned upfront, to avoid misunderstandings. Other than that, I recommend this hotel.
