Scandic Hamburg Emporio

Is one of the best hotel’s that I been! The sea decorations are so nice and the staff are so friendly. The room was warm, clean and with a lovely views of the city. The location is great, and is so close to the underground. Definitely is a place that I will like to come back.

We loved its location, the staff is always smiling and happy to help in spite of being packed-full of people. The rooms are spacious enough and really clean. There is a very spacious parking space for a daily fee. Access to the hotel is easy and is near to very interesting places in Hamburg.

I usually don’t give 5 stars, as there is always something to complain about. Not at this Hotel though. We stayed for 2 nights and were welcomed by Jan at the reception, whom I recommend to contact with any issues. Greetings to Jan who also supported with plasters for hurting feet! Not only are the rooms well equipped, they are clean and modern too. The location is superb, as the metro station is right next to the hotel and the whole city centre can be reached within 10 minutes of walking. The breakfast is quite big and has a lot of choice for both vegetarians and vegans. Request to the cook are no problem in case of allergies. As the trade fair is a 5 minutes walk away, I can suggest this hotel not only to tourist but for business travelers too. Cheers and continue this great service!

During our short trip to Hamburg we choose the Sandic Hotel as it has an excellent location close to the city and the harbour area. We were able to walk most of our goals, even to the concert at the Elphi. The hotel offers a good standard, has a cool nordic atmosphere and a nice bar. When again in Hamburg, I will consider to join Scandic Hotel again.
