Ruby Lotti Hotel & Bar

No value for money. Apart the location , the hotel room doesn’t deserve 300€ for night. The room was designed uncomfortable, no hangers for towels. The body towels are 70*100, too small. The room was facing the sun , that is nice but was far too hot. The window can’t be open to let some breeze . Was suffocating. No fridge, coffee machine or bottles of water. Really poor equipped room. We choose the hotel since it seems cool and comfortable, but only looks like. Sorry.

Hostel like experience for the price of a five stars hotel. The room was not cleaned even when it was requested. Breakfast food is good but having to sit in a lounge chair with a coffee table ruins the enjoyment of the food. Trying to be modern and seamless with the checking but the costumer experience is bad with no one to greet you. The only good thing of the room is the bed, modern layout with lack of intimacy if you are not travelling with your partner with a toilet in the middle of the room in a glass box near the tv. For the price paid there must be better alternatives in Hamburg. There only good thing was the location.

I had a really great stay. The hotel is located along one of the canals, the rooms are small but cosy and the place is beautifully decorated with a nice bar area to work and lay back. Do note that the bathroom we had in our room does not give any privacy as the door is made of glass, there is no ceiling closure and it is very very close to the bed.

Stayed 1 night at Ruby Lotti and it was amazing. The staff was super friendly and their drinks at the bar were really good. Our bartender Robin went above and beyond and made the experience even better. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I recommend the hotel and bar to anyone!
