Renaissance Hamburg Hotel

Very good service and rooms are well designed having a boutique feel to it. Good recognition for Elite members. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is good and breakfast offerings are good with lots of options.

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Close to the shops and less than 5 minutes walk to the very impressive Rathaus. All the staff were excellent and we were very grateful that they were able to accomodate us for an extra night, thanks to a delayed flight. They arranged this without any bother and  we were able to keep the same room. Special mention to Tobias who made us feel very welcome in the bar. Hope to stay here again.

Absolutely brilliant. We have been spending two nights stay and talking from the rooms to the facilities including breakfast just exceptional. The staff from reception super helpful like Mr Lehmann and the main Barman yesterday night has an incredible knowledge about cocktails and mixology. We would really love to come back soon.

Great location and very friendly staff. Service is good. Only downside (for couples on a romantic weekend) is the many dogs allowed in the rooms (of which some have interconnecting doors that are not very soundproof).
