Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg

Great hotel, design, friendly stuff and extra helpful. We loved our room, quiet and with great view to the city. The bed was so comfy and high, almost had to climb up. The location was perfect, close to the city centre. The hotel's front door was right next to the train station, U-Bahn, S-Bahn and taxis. The room had also a little surprise. The bathroom had a window, you could always use the blind, but that was a fun thing to see.

The hotel is located next to the Hamburg convention center and a train station, which is very convenient for people traveling to Hamburg for a convention. The hotel is also a ten minute walk from the city center. I was there for a conference and the hotel was an excellent choice for my purpose.

Very nice hotel, good ratio quality/price, big rooms, clean, nice staff... only reducing one star because they offer free water and someone didnt let me take a bottle for my and my team members and forced me to take it only in glasses... ridiculous. But rest all good.

Great customer service - Sandra B., the reservation manager was super promt and helpful with my request. It was the only Radisson hotel (out of 4) where my request was dealt with a lot of professionalism and efficiency. Great location and amazing breakfast but there can be improvement on cleaning especially the bathrooms.
