Premier Inn Hamburg City (Zentrum) hotel

I can't forget the stunning view we had from our room. Bed was comfortable (I think I had better sleep here than back at home), room was small but clean and had everything I needed including the teapot. Front desk people were the nicest people I met during the trip. You could tell that they really care about their guests.

Stayed there for 1 night, it’s closed to metro and it’s price is competitive. Room is good, the receptionists were friendly. However, your room cleaner tried to get into my room at about 9am on check out day, I heard that he/she knocked the door then tap the card immediately. He/she just enter my room if my door was not completely locked. This is not acceptable. And your staff did the same 2 hours later. Some little advice here, maybe you team let the cleaners know the room is on check-out day, just not disturb them before check-out. And if your team want to enter the room for room keeping, you may knock on the door and declare you are the hotel staff to let the people know and wait a moment for response, instead of just tap the card immediately after knocked the door. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Superb location,  just great to get around. The front desk manager was amazing and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble to help us and we did need him on several occasions. Breakfast offerings were mixed though. The room was clean and compact but adequate. We would definitely recommend this hotel especially as the staff make it.

Very good hotel, you can tell it’s new and modern, staff were friendly and followed protocols on covid. The locations is great for those wanting to explore multiple areas of Hamburg and is easy to walk almost anywhere with further transport links very close.
