Hotel ibis Den Haag City Centre

Nice hotel (120€/night/2 people) with rooms that are perfectly designed (showers are great) but there's no air conditioning system, just a central cooling/ heating system. I mean : you can't adjust the fresh air. In the morning, if the day is hot, one of the side of the building is fully exposed to the sun, and it can be very disturbing.

The room is ok but the toilet is so small, feel like in the airplane toilet. No coffee, tea or even water boiler in the room and when I asked the receptionist, she said the coffee is paid in the bar. No complimentary coffee or tea. No AC in the room and if open the window sometimes its loud outside.

Clean hotel, good location, great western breakfast but not good for Asians as there is no rice porridge or any warm food except boiled eggs, bacon, pancakes. No microwave at reception for customers. 2 paper cups in room given only once and never replaced. No airco in the room which is the biggest negative. Some system is turned on but no cool air. See picture. Im sweating in the room now. I wouldn’t pick this hotel in the summer.

We booked a room for three nights and we were really happy when we arrived. If you don´t know Den Haag, it´s hard to find. There´s a parking garage 1 min away and the service is really beautiful. The rooms present peace and the breakfast is amazing and they have a large offer. Really loved the hotel and the city and we can´t wait to get back to this hotel.
