Hotel Eggers

A really nice hotel that managed to keep the atmosphere from the old days.The breakfast is ok/nice but not more then that. A nice touch is that they use old school physical keys.

Nice accomodations, friendly staff, good breakfast (I would've preferred a coffee machine for options like latte) with lactose free/vegan alternatives (could have had plenty more alternatives to ham and so on). My room was nice and I like the "old style vibe". Good bed if not great (I am picky) and you can order different pillows if you want. Perfect if you arrive by train and compared to other hotels in the area absolutely worth the money. I recommend it!

The interior is charming and the stuff very helpful. However at a times the hotel feels more as a luxurious bed and breakfast than a four star hotel. Some of a basic amenities are missing such as Q-tips or hand/body cream and the place is slightly worn out and could use a proper cleaning. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking. Instead you park in a nearby parking house but there is a charge to pay. Breakfast was fine and what needs to be told, I had a delicious cocktail at the bar.

Hotel with antique atmosphere. Some parts feels  little worn out though. Standard breakfast options.

+ The atmosphere at the breakfast buffet was amazing with calm classic music in the background.
+ Friendly receptionist.
+ Close to centralstation.
+ Free coffee and tea available all day.
+ Cute mini chocolates as welcome gift(?) in the room.
- Feels as if there are no ventilation in the corridors and the rooms. We had to open our window to get some air.
- Boring view. We only saw a wall on the other side.
