Be careful booking different grades of rooms, it means you cant all sit in the same place for breakfast.  They seem to stick to the rules no matter. . bit of a cold attitude at reception. Rooms are great , rest of the staff wonderful. But Supervisor at reception needs a refresher course in Customer care.

Such a lovely place with breathtaking views. The service is top notch, great location and amazing food. Thank you for making our trip to Sweden wonderful!

Been here to deliver some packages to Maersk from Denmark. Couldn’t found any at delivery points,  gotten help from Supervisor Philip then delivered after 1hour. Good staffing structure and utilities at one place good to visit.

Accessible location to most part of the city through public transport, accessible information for room service, efficient room cleaning, best night atmosphere, next to exhibition center, great view of city on either sides of the room, and artistic lobby. It is better to have varieties in breakfast.
